Once a year, Yokota opens the gates for our Japanese
neighbors to come and celebrate our friendship. This year, over 148,000
Japanese and Americans crowded on a part of the flight line to view 20 military
aircrafts, chow down on some snacks, and see some good ‘ol fashion American
fireworks.
I worked medical coverage for the festival and showed off our American style ambulance. While I was working, I had Chris run around and take some pictures.
